Not only are we a licensed cleaning company, but we are also insured and bonded.

Absolutely! All of our house cleaning technicians are thoroughly checked. Past employers are contacted, criminal record checked and credentials are verified. 

Yes, all our cleaning technicians go through a 1 on 1 training program, before they are allowed to clean your home. 

Yes we carry liability insurance, each cleaning technician is also covered by workers compensation insurance, giving you peace of mind knowing there covered if they were to be injured in your home.

More Than Dust is Closed on all holidays. 

We do not require contracts for our home cleaning services, but require a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cleaning cancellations.

All payments are to be made day of cleaning, we accept cash, Cheque and E-transfer.
We also plan on adding Debit/Visa in the near future.

We do not offer refunds on services provided, but we will return & re-clean any areas of concern if informed withing 24 hours of leaving.

How often you need your home cleaned is up to you. We offer weekly, bi-weekly, monthly and one time cleans.

We have solo cleaners and teams, it depends on the size of the home and job. 

No, the majority of our clients provide us with a key or other means to enter their home, but if you choose to be home we don’t mind. 

Yes, we supply the cleaning products and equipment, if you want us to use your supplies or vacuum, please let us know ahead of time.

If we believe extra time is required we will contact you prior to finishing your clean to obtain permission to continue. Excessive dirt, grime soap scum or clutter may affect the service time required.

Contact us within 24 hours with any concerns, and we will have our team come back and make it right at our cost, thats our guarantee!
